POLICIES & PROCEDURES
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
All appointments are conducted via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing. Telephone appointments are available if video is not accessible or if preferred.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Sign in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time using the link provided
- Appointments should take place in a private setting to protect your confidentiality
- Sitting in your vehicle is perfectly fine if that is your most private option - however, driving during sessions is not permitted for safety reasons
- You must be physically located in Massachusetts at the time of your appointment
MEDICATION REFILL REQUESTS
Refill requests can be submitted two ways:
1. Through the online patient portal (preferred)
2. By calling the office at 508-507-2066
Refills are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, within 48 hours of receipt. Please plan ahead and request refills before you run out of your current supply to avoid any gaps in treatment.
Controlled substances are prescribed strictly as directed and will not be refilled early.
PAYMENTS
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. All patients are required to keep an active credit card on file, which may be charged automatically when payment is due.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
